Behavioral ONE is looking for motivated and driven individuals to become part of our team of professionals.  Individuals who are focused and dedicated to working with children and families in an exciting and growing private practice should apply. The ideal candidate has experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Disabilities, and Learning Disabilities. Experience with evidence-based practice is required, and candidates must have a commitment to working from a behavioral and cognitive-behavioral approach. Individuals must posses excellent interpersonal skills, be willing to work within a family centered team approach, and be open to training and feedback regarding Behavioral ONE's procedures, policies, and practices.
Currently, we are seeking ​Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team! We are looking for individuals with certification as an RBT or who are committed to completing the required coursework and supervision in order to become certified as an RBT.  Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities is preferred. Additionally, ideal candidates will have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Discrete Trial Training, Behavior Intervention Plans, and Verbal Behavior.  

Job Responsibilities: Therapists are expected to implement individual therapy plans to the highest levels and standards for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities.  Also, therapists are responsible for the maintenance of their clients programs, data collection, and collaboration with supervising BCBAs. Positive and professional communication with parents, families, and other employees is required. 

Hours: These positions are full-time (35 to 40 hours per week) with the opportunity for direct supervision for those interested in pursuing further education and certification within the field of Behavior Analysis.  

Compensation: Behavioral ONE offers competitive pay based on experience, training, education, and job performance.  Ongoing training and supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst are provided as part of these positions. Office space, administrative support, and collaboration with our clinical staff are included.
