Lead Registered Behavior Technician

My name is Skye Drake and I work as one of the lead RBT's here at Behavioral One.  I always knew that I wanted to work with kids and I got into the mental health field by accident with the help of the CEO at Children's Hospital of Alabama.  It was through them that I learned more about autism through an Autism Specialist there.  I have been an RBT for 5 years and I have worked in the mental health field for 9 years.  I am currently in school to earn my Bachelor's in Psychology and will continue my education to becoming a BCBA.
